PRICING:
Terms of Service
This contract starts from the day your business listing is posted and ends exactly one year later. You will be contacted within 2 weeks before your contract expires to discuss renewal. You are not obligated to renew your contract, but you are encouraged to do so if you are happy with our services.
As part of your advertising package on our website, you will receive bimonthly web traffic reports (once every 2 months) via email to let you know about activity on the site.
If you purchased a package that includes a 25-50 word business description, you may not use any vulgar, threatening or obscene language. This business description is only meant to clarify the purpose of your company's services.
Maryland Budget Wise Weddings upholds standards of excellence to both its advertising clients and its website visitors looking for wedding services. We ask for honest quotes and estimates from our advertisers to protect both the potential seekers of your services as well as your business reputation. Please be sure to review the requirements for posting advertisements on this website and make sure you meet the criteria.
We reserve the right to cancel your services for any violation of this contract with no refund.
We understand that vendors are often able to provide services that fit a variety of budgets. By signing into this contract, you guarantee that at least one of your packages/services abides by the following guidelines that we promise our website visitors:
Caterers:
Food- $45 or under per head including tax, service, gratuity
Bar- $15 or under per head including tax, service, gratuity
(As long as your food and bar package combine to the total cost of $60 or less per head, the break-down above doesn't matter)
Reception Site Fee/ Rentals:
$2,000 or less including tax, set up, break-down
(**If you provide catering, reception site and rentals as a bundle, you must offer a package of $75 or less per head)
Ceremony Site
$400 (if separate from reception site)
Cake/Bakery:
For 125 people: Display cake/sheet cake, pies, cookies, cupcakes, or combination: $600 or less including tax, service, delivery
Flowers/Decor:
Package for ceremony and reception of $1200 or less for 13 centerpieces, 2 ceremony arrangements, 4 bridesmaid bouquets, 1 bridal bouquet, 2 corsages, 7 boutonnieres
Wedding Coordinators:
These vendors were selected based on offering packages equal to or less than:
Day-of coordination services $800 or less
Full service coordination for an overall budget of $20K or less
Music:
$750 or less for 4 hours or more
$250 or less for ceremony musicians (25 minute minimum)
Stationery:
$2 or less per save-the-date
$4 or less per invitation with response card, reception card, envelope
$2 or less per program
Attire/ Beauty:
$1000 or less for dress
$250 or less for suit/ tux
$100 or less for veil & headpiece
$80 or less for earrings & necklace
$70 or less for hair styling
$50 or less for professional makeup
$50 or less for mani/pedi
Photography:
$1400 or less for 3 hours or more
Videography:
$1000 or less for coverage of 3 hours or more of ceremony/ reception (minimum of 20 minutes of actual footage provided)
Transportation:
$400 or less for a minimum of 2 hours
Officiant Fee:
$400
Gifts/Favors:
Wedding Party Gifts- $20 or less each
Bride/Groom Gifts- $60 or less each
Favors- $2.50 or less each
